Out of the 53 hospitals that make up the medium-sized CMN Hospitals market, CMN Hershey earned the highest overall fundraising ($5.6 million) award and the highest per capita ($2.87) award for CMN Hershey’s 10-county region.

“I’m simply in awe of this community’s incredible generosity, especially during another challenging year when many fundraising events were postponed or cancelled,” said Dr. Yatin Vyas, professor and chair of the Department of Pediatrics and pediatrician-in-chief at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital. “Individuals and businesses continue to find creative and virtual ways to fundraise. On behalf of our pediatric patients and their families, I want to thank all of our donors for never giving up. Their gifts give our kids miracles.”

“Thanks to our generous community, our program is able to provide funding that supports life-saving equipment, vital patient programs and innovative research to help provide the best possible care to sick and injured children in our community,” said Katie Anderson, director of Children’s Miracle Network at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital. “We are deeply grateful to all who continue to help us move our mission forward.”
