These gifts will support CMN’s patient assistance endowment, which provides patients and their families with meal and gas vouchers, medical devices and specialty medication.

John and Jean Yoder of Lancaster have five children with complex medical needs, and they have benefited from this endowment during the family’s frequent hospital stays. View a video about their daily life and how CMN helps families facing the unexpected.

“This endowment provides a hot meal for parents who can’t leave their child’s bedside, medication for a child unexpectedly diagnosed with diabetes, or a special car seat so a child with a hip cast can travel safely,” said Katie Anderson, director of Children’s Miracle Network. “As this endowment grows, we can continue to help families now and for years to come. Thank you!”

Sponsors of the event included Ace Hardware, Bobby Rahal Toyota, United Concordia Dental, JPL, Members 1st Federal Credit Union, Cumulus Media, Shollenberger, Januzzi & Wolfe, LLP, Walmart, Inc. and McClure Company.
